05 · Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask us.

Do I have to subscribe?

No. Order the weeks you want and pause the rest. If you'd like a box every week, turn on automatic delivery — and pause it with one click when you travel.

When do orders close and when does the box arrive?

Orders close on Tuesday at 23:59. The box arrives Thursday, between 10:00 and 19:00, at the address you chose. If you're out, we can leave it at the front desk if you authorize it.

What if I don't like an ingredient?

You can flag allergies and dislikes when you order. If a recipe doesn't fit your week, swap it for another from the menu — everything comes portioned so swapping is simple.

How long does it take to cook?

Between 25 and 40 minutes per recipe, with a pan, a knife and a pot. Instructions come printed with illustrated steps, designed for a home kitchen.

Are the ingredients local?

We prioritize producers from the Central department and fishers from Asunción. Anything not available locally with quality (like some curry spices) is imported and flagged on the recipe card.

Is the box recyclable?

Yes. The outer box is recycled cardboard, the thermal insulation is biodegradable, and the inner bags are compostable. We include a short guide on what to do with each part.
