02 · The kitchen

A careful kitchen, like the one at home — with the discipline of a big one.

We work in our own kitchen in Asunción. Here we weigh, cut and portion what later arrives in your box: with order, cleanliness and the exact same recipe every week.

No. 01 · Thursday's mise en place
  • Hygiene and traceability

Daily cleaning protocols, temperature control and a record of every batch. We know where it came from and who handled it.

  • Consistent portions

Every ingredient is weighed on a scale before packing. No eyeballed portions: today's recipe is the same one you cooked last month.

  • Freshness in a chain

Vegetables arrive on Wednesdays, fish and meat first thing Thursday. We pack cold and deliver the same day.

  • Reliable preparation

A trained team, the same stations, the same cadence every week. What the menu promises is what you open at home.

03 · Our suppliers

Selected ingredients, from people we know by name.

We work with a short network of Paraguayan suppliers chosen for their quality — and because we can stop by their farm, port or butcher shop when needed. Whatever isn't available here with the quality we want, we flag on each recipe card.

05 · Why Ogape was born

It started with a simple question.

Two years ago Lucía was coming home from work on an ordinary Tuesday, opened the fridge and realized the same thing as always: something was missing, something else was left over, and the idea of planning, shopping and cooking weighed on her more than the whole day.

Ogape was born from that. Not as a "premium" service nor as a solution for people who don't cook — but for families and busy people who do want to cook at home, without every meal meaning three trips to the supermarket and half an hour deciding what to make.

We built it with our own kitchen, a short network of suppliers we know, and a Chef who designs the menu with the Paraguayan table in mind. The rest is fairly simple: you open the box, follow the recipe, and eat something homemade. No stress, no odd steps, no turning it into a project.

Our mission That eating well at home, every week, is the easiest part of the day — not the hardest.
